EMMELINE - 1928 Lake Union Pilothouse Dream Boat

Designed by L.E. “Ted” Geary and built in Seattle by Lake Union Dry Dock Co. at the height of the classic cruiser era, EMMELINE is a rare example of Geary’s bridgedeck version of the Dream Boat.

Designed with a single engine for economy and lower maintenance, the Dream Boat has sleeping accommodations fore and aft, two heads, and a roomy pilothouse mid-ship with windows all around for exceptional views while anchored or simply sitting at the dock.

The original interior joinery and teak trim shows the craftsmanship of the Lake Union workers.  The owners have strived to maintain the originality of the structure and design of this historic wooden boat

Emmeline is located in Port Townsend, Washington.
